Couples Psychotherapy

Two people who unite and decide to live together, seek companionship, love, appreciation, respect. While they start their relationship with dreams and enthusiasm, it happens in the course of everyday life that they face various communication difficulties that lead them to question their partner and the relationship itself. The unique way of communication that every person has learned, makes it difficult to communicate between partners and as a result it seems as if there is no way out. The psychologist, without allying with either of the partners but also without playing the role of the referee, helps to reveal the inner desires of the couple, which for some reason remain deeply hidden.

Along with the desires, we work on the difficulties, the frustrations and the opportunity to find out what is hidden behind the verbal communication. The goal of couple therapy is to create the framework that will allow the couple to communicate their feelings safely, honestly and with mutual trust in order to make the relationship meaningful.
